As we know, exercise is very essential which challenge to human physiology in general and to muscle metabolism in particular. For instance, the aim of the chapter 1is to present an overviewof the physiological responses to exercise which support muscle metabolism. In addition, the physical activity level of the people needs to change and that can be achieved only by targeting the younger first at the school. There is good evidence that people who are active when young stay active later in life as adults.
