Question: Will hospital be held liable for any untoward incidents befall to patient’s or next- of-kin’s property, such as car theft or et cetera?
Answer: No! The hospital’s authority will not be liable for any losses of patient’s or next- of-kin’s property. Hence, they are strongly advised not to bring along with them any valuables whilst in the hospital’s premise (accompanying the patient).
