Answer: Our mission is guided by WATER, the principles that shape how we serve communities across Sarawak.

A – Accountability and Integrity. Operate transparently and responsibly, upholding high ethical standards in every aspect of water management.
T – Technology and Innovation. Apply technology and innovative solutions to improve service quality, efficiency and customer experience.
E – Environmental Sustainability. Protect and manage water resources responsibly through sustainable practices that minimise environmental impact.
R – Resilience and Reliability. Deliver continuous, dependable water services that can meet Sarawak’s growing needs today and in the future.
