Pustaka Negeri Sarawak is pleased to invite members of the public, professionals, educators, policymakers, industry leaders, and community stakeholders to participate in the HAMeeD Series 2/2026 with the Theme: Logged In, Stressed Out: Mental Health in the Digital Age.

As digital technologies continue to shape the way we live, work, and communicate, concerns surrounding mental health, digital stress, social media pressure, information overload, and online well-being have become increasingly important. This series provides a platform for meaningful discussion on the impact of the digital age on mental health and explores strategies for fostering healthier digital habits.
