PUSTAKA NEGERI SARAWAK CONDUCTS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY 2014

Pustaka Negeri Sarawak will be conducting its annual Customer
Satisfaction Survey 2014 from 3 to 6 November 2014 for Miri and from 10 to 14
November for Kuching. 

The survey will be done during library opening hours from 11am –
7pm.

Members of the public are invited to participate in the survey as
their input and suggestions will help to improve the library's service delivery.  Attractive gifts will be given to anyone who participates
in this survey.
