Spurred by the People Accessible Network for Digital Empowerment and Inclusivity (PANDei) program, which has won numerous awards and prizes, both locally and internationally, HAMeeD (High Aptitude Meeting and Discourse) is coined and initiated to further enhance the social presence of Pustaka Negeri Sarawak (Pustaka) in the information and knowledge industry. It is a forum in which prominent figures and experts express their views and comments on current local issues. These comments and views are then captured and transcribed into documents, which are then distributed to heads of government agencies, corporate figures and other industry players.
