Program ini merupakan inisiatif Pustaka Negeri Sarawak untuk memupuk tabiat membaca di kalangan msyarakat di Sarawak. Program yang julung kalinya diadakan pada tahun 2008 terbuka kepada semua individu, warganegara Malaysia an bukan warga negara Malaysia, yang bermastautin di Sarawak.

Participant who could prove that he had read at least a book a month would be awarded certificate of participation and given gifts by the Sarawak State Government.

c) Secondary School Category for participants in the age range of 13 - 18 years old
d) Adult Category for participants aged 19 years old and above
