  1. Circulation statistic
  2. Year of Publication/Age
  3. Physical condition of library materials
  4. Multiple copies

After materials has been identified, library assistants or designated officers is required to change the status of library materials from available to weeded/in repair/damaged/obsolete/board of survey in Angkasa Library Management System - Item Management Module.

Weeded library materials will be relocated in closed stack or sent to relevant unit for repairing.
