Secretariat

The Innovation and Sustainability Division is the Secretariat to the Committee.

Meeting

a) The Committee shall meet at least twice a year.
b) The minimum quorum of the meeting is fifty percent.
c) The Committee may have various discussions to prepare for or to compliment the meetings.

Review

The Committee shall review its membership, administrative and management guidelines, and other related matters as it deems necessary.

Management of Research

A proposed research shall be managed and administer via the Research Management Guidelines.

Management of Publications

The Publication Management Guidelines shall be exclusively used to manage and administer the following:
a) identification of topics or subjects to be published;
b) selection of writers or authors;
c) determination of estimated cost; and
d) determination of in-house and outsourced publications.
