The Web Applications and Knowledge Management Division is one of the Division under Pustaka Institute. It was formally called the Website and Web Applications Development Division until 30 April 2022.

Main Functions

a) Maintains Pustaka’s official website based on the guidelines of the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC).
b) Develops, implements, enhances and maintains Pustaka´s official web sites.
c) Develops, implements, enhances and maintains in-house web applications.
d) Manages the identification of knowledge domains and knowledge assets.
e) Manages the capture of knowledge assets in the knowledge base.
f) Manages the timely update of the knowledge base.
g) Plans, implements and coordinates knowledge sharing sessions.
h) Plans, implements and coordinates other knowledge management initiatives.
i) Monitors the implementation of knowledge management initiatives.
j) Monitors the promotion, update and usage of the State knowledge repository.
k) Reviews the performance of the State knowledge repository.
