Creating Digital Community Centre or DCC is a public space in rural or suurban area equipped with ICT facilities and resourced with information materials or contents to cater for the information needs of the community. The DCCs are very crucial in areas with limited ICT facilities in order to enhance the local community’s capacity building and accessibility to vital knowledge and information. Besides that, a DCC is able to bridge the digital and information gap between the urban community with the rural community.
