As a major task is to ensure all the counter services is run effeciently and monitoring the bulkloan , interlibrary loan, user statistic, circulation business and prepareing the duty roaster and tentavive for the services kaunter also prepare the schedule manager on duty, addtional he is responsible to deliver and provide valid information to the public and carry out activities for the lifelong learning and reading campaign.
