According to my mother, karaoke has helped me learn how to read at an early age of 5 years old. I was inspired to learn English after my father read me a story book in English.

My name is Nur Amanina binti Mastani. I am 26 years old and was born and raised in Miri, Sarawak. In 2018, I was hired by Pustaka Negeri Sarawak as S41 (Librarian) and currently serves as head of Sarawakiana Unit in Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, Sibu campus.

Early Life

I was born on 28th August 1993 in Miri, Sarawak. Born eldest in the family, I have three other siblings; one little sister and two little brothers. My father, Mastani bin Hamid is a driver cum office assistant with Sedidik Sdn Bhd while my mother, Noraini binti Husaini, is a customer sales representative officer with Public Bank Berhad.

As a child, I enjoyed art and music a lot.
