Creativity Index is one of the tool used to assess the outcome and impact of a development project. Submission of proposed development projects to the Federal Government of Malaysia via the Economic Planning Unit, the use of Creativity Index is mandatory.

Pustaka Negeri Sarawak

In Pustaka Negeri Sarawak (Pustaka), the Creativity Index has been used by the Innovation and Sustainability Division since 2010 for submission of proposed development projects to the National Library of Malaysia under the various rolling plans of the Malaysia Plan.
