Creating Pustaka Advisory and Consultancy Services or PACS are consorted services provided by Pustaka for all categories of users, from government agencies to non-governmental organisations to private individuals. These services range from professional advices on the setting up of a library to training of library staff. The main coordinator of these services is the Innovation and Sustainability Division.

The Workflow

  1. Whenever the Chief Executive Officer receives request for PACS via the Registry, she will pass it to the Innovation and Sustainability Division (I&S Division).
  2. Innovation and Sustainability Division notifies the requestor and examines the request to decide the type of request.


Programs and activities





a) I&S Division routes the request to Community Engagement Services Division (CES Division).
b) CES Division meets the requestor to determine detail requirements.
c) CES Division defines the programs or activities based on requirements.
d) CES Division schedules the defined programs or activities.
e) CES Division notifies the requestor about the scheduled programs or activities.
f) CES Division implements the scheduled programs or activities.
g) CES Division gathers customers’ feedbacks via PACS Satisfaction Rating Forms.
h) CES Division passes the PACS Satisfaction Rating Forms to I&S Division.

Library Setup










a) I&S Division conducts site study to determine requirements.
b) I&S Division draws recommendations and suggestions.
