The Innovation and Sustainability (I&S) Division is one of the business operating units of Divisions in Pustaka Institute. Established in 2004, it was then called the Research and Development (R&D) Division until 2017. Functions

Research
a) Conducts customer satisfaction surveys, market surveys and other forms of surveys.
b) Initiates, manages and administers studies or researches in library, information science, records and archives management.
