She was born on 4th July 1983. She was graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara , Samarahan Campus in Bachelor (Hons.) of Administrative Science in 2007.

Working Experienced

After her graduation in 2007, she was working as the Customer Service Representative with Telekom (Malaysia) Berhad. She tendered her resignation in September 2010.

With Pustaka Negeri Sarawak

She was firstly reporting on 1st October 2010, and attached with the Quality Division. During her early years of service, her main responsibility was as the Document Controller to the Quality Management of Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, and to assist the Quality Management Representative and Deputy Quality Management Representative of Pustaka Negeri Sarawak (DQMR) in enforced the quality management of Pustaka. She was also responsible as the secretariat to the Innovation Steering Committee of Pustaka Negeri Sarawak’s initiatives activities such as Key Focus Activity, Initiative Circle and Creative, Amalan Persekitaran Berkualiti 5S; and Initiative Slogan & Suggestion. She was also responsible as the secretariat to the involvement of Pustaka in Quality / Initiative Awards. In year 2017, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak has won the third place (bronze) in Chief Minister’s Award.

She was appointed to present conference paper during International Federation Library Association (IFLA) in 2018. The paper entilted Peji’, Peju’, Pejoh’ was co-written by Hajah Salina Haji Zawawi and Norlailawaty Ismail.

In 1st July 2018 (until present), she was reshuffle to the Communication Unit. She responsible in promoting Pustaka Negeri Sarawak's services and activities through various media and platforms which include: Customer’s Day; Exhibitions; Brochures, banner, fishtails, buntings and souvenirs; Corporate Intranet, Pustaka website, plasma screen and customer news board; and In-house publications such as annual reports, newsletter and happenings. She is also responsible in public relations and enhancing ties with local media / counterpart to cover events / functions of the library; Management of customer feedback; Coordinate official visits to the library and Coordinate monthly staff assembly.
