The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.
Sustainable development is centre stage not just due to climate change but can also be due to disruptive technologies, information handling, and data manipulations. Rapid developments especially in the field of information and communication technology is impacting all aspects of our life. The emergence of artificial intelligence, robotics and data analytics are enabling machines to do tasks previously privileged for human. Together with advancements in the internet of things (IoT), wearable technology, and fintech, human may potentially become not just physically obese but also mentally inactive. Knowledge institutions and the public service worldwide need to reevaluate their roles in ensuring well informed and knowledgeable communities continue to exist and diversity of ideas flourished.

The deadline for submission is on 1st October 2026.
Payment should be made in favor of Pustaka Negeri Sarawak and proof of payment should be sent to the Partnership Committee, IKC 2026.
The Organizer shall have the absolute right to the number of slots allocated to each of the partners. The Organizer will allocate the slot to the partners based on "First Come First Serve" basis with completed forms submitted together with full payment to secure bookings.
Partners company names as stated in the application form will be used on the screen and conference programme book. Changes of names is not allowed during the conference. The Organizer reserves the right to request the sponsors to change / amend their content of the video / poster in case of non-compliance.
Product to be highlighted / promoted should be books, periodicals, magazines, multimedia products relating to literary works and audio-visual publishing (such as educational software, electronic dictionary, audio-visual learning aids, digital publishing, electronic books, music/film recording, etc) and stationary.
During the conference, if any Partners does not meet with the above requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to stop the displaying/showing/selling and/or distributing the relevant products during the conference. The Organizer also reserves the right to terminate the partner's participation immediately without any compensation.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend and make changes when deemed necessary.
The Organizer shall not be liable to any claims for compensation by the partners in the event the conference is suspended or cancelled due to any disruptions beyond the control of the Organizer.
