Summary: In short, “THE tattooist OF AUSCHWITZ” is a great read. It is a touching; heart breaking read that has an interesting setting that was based off of a real event/story. By reading and following the story of the main character readers will get to experience and learn of what had happened at the concentration camps at Auschwitz-Birkenau; the ill treatment, the inhumane approach, survival and etc. It is interesting that in the midst of the horrible event, a love story exists, survive and thrive. Other than that, the author also brings forward other issue into the story such as human interaction, humanity and more.
