Any individual can step forward to report abuse of power, unethical behavior, or actions that violate the law involving the management of the Sarawak State Library.
Any misconduct and unethical behavior include but are NOT limited to the following:
1. Fraud
2. Bribery
3. Abuse of power
4. Conflict of interest
5. Negligence of duty
6. Misuse of employer’s property/assets
7. Non-compliance with policies and procedures
8. Sexual harassment
9. Violation of terms and employment conditions
10. Any other similar or related misconduct.

To facilitate the investigation process, disclosures should include the following information:
1. Explanation of the misconduct in question.
2. Date and location of the incident.
3. Identity of the wrongdoer.
4. Witness information (if available).
5. Evidence and/or supporting documents.
6. Any other details considered useful to facilitate the examination and subsequent actions.
The library is committed to ensuring that all information provided, including the identity of the informant, is protected and handled with strict confidentiality.
