Summary
Anxiety is when you feel too much worry or fear. Your heart might race, or your thoughts feel stuck. Try taking slow breaths to calm down fast. Writing in a journal helps sort out your feelings. Moving your body like walking or stretching can ease stress. Getting enough sleep and eating healthy foods makes a difference. Taking breaks from social media helps too. Remember, lots of other teens feel this way. When negative thoughts come, talk back to them. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if things feel overwhelming. Simple things like drawing, listening to music, or watching something funny can relax you.
